I haven't written here in over a month. I was busy on Vacation. My first day back to work was yesterday. Of course the first day back was filled with lots of work that wasn't done when I was gone. It always seems to work like that hummm. I enjoyed my vacation none the less!

It was my anniversary with the hubby. It been four years that we have been married. So we had a weekend to spent together alone. It was really fun and I enjoyed it!

That was on July 21, 2005. The following weekend a close friend of mine Shelley came up from FL. She is also the Godmother of my Son. When she lived in NYC she was my haning partner, you could always find us together. So it was fun to have her back for a week. Know I'm recovering and trying to make up sometime at work.

Tanya and I picked her up on Friday 29th from JFK than went to NJ to pick up a rental. We had no choice. To rent it from around my way it was going be $467.00 for a week. In N.J. it was $325 with everything even the extra driver. It's crazy living in New York City sometimes everything is so costly crazy. That night all the girls hooked up and with hit BBQ’s on 73rd street. It was lots of fun.

On Saturday we all hit Woodbury Outlets in upstate NY early in the am. I had to rush back because I was going to the Dentiny Child show in L.I. New York. I went with my sister and two other friends. We had floor seats and it still has crazy people where standing up on there chairs. Anmire stated the show and than Mario took over. The show was HOT I must say.

Each and every one of the members had there solos and showed they all had skills when it came to singing!! The place was packed with mostly children and women. There were barely in males in the house. I didn’t get home until 1:30 so I just turned in for the night.

On Sunday night Shelley and I went to check. We went to Cafe Wha a place here in New York Down in the Village. They had a really nice Ban playing on Sunday Night I really enjoyed myself. If you’re ever in the area you should really check it out! There open seven days a week. When we left we took photos out side and just chilled for a bit.

Luther Vandross Died :( Tuesday - July 05, 2005 | 10:49 am
Luther Vandross died last week. What a loss in the music world . I just found out that the service will be held here at my job this Friday. For those of you who don't know I work in 3rd largest church in NYC. This side of the building will be closed so I will not be here, I don't plan on coming either. Things get crazy around here when we have events like this. People sometimes don't know how to act! They will still ask for autographs even at a time of sadness I seen it too many time here. I'll most likely see it on TV as I did the Ossie Davis Memorial.

My 4th of July weekend was nice really nice. I'll be back later to talk about that. I have lots of work to do with only two work days left in the week.
